Call About Your Roof Around Mentor

Call to get roofing help, starting with any water entering now, exposed roof area or sagging. Say where the stain or drip appears and whether the ceiling has changed shape. Keep clear of a bulging ceiling; there's no need to approach it to describe the problem.

Next, mention lifted shingles or loose flashing visible from the ground. Give your town and say whether the roof covers a house or business. For replacement planning, describe the wear you've noticed. The roof's age and whether it's shingles or metal are helpful if you know them, but nothing needs to be measured or researched before calling. Your roofer uses the assessment to establish the cause and priorities.
